Food was fantastic, service was top notch and the atmosphere was great. They took the time to suggest food to try, how much to order and also gave each of us (4) horchata to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday! We'll be back!!

I came out here on a trip for about a week and visited quite a few restaurants, and this was by far my favorite! Great atmosphere, especially at night, friendly and attentive staff, and the food and drinks were amazing. Will be going here every time I visit for sure.

A must try dish which is delicious is the Tempura Fried Shrimp Taco. The shrimp was crispy and the sauce had a combination of tangy, sweet, and creamy. Worth a visit just for this. Prior to this place, I had never had a vegetarian taco. Their wild mushroom tacos have introduced and inspired an amazing vegetarian version of our go to Mexican dish. Definitely worth trying. The ambience is amazing and so is the staff’s service. We didn’t have a reservation and had to camp at the bar, the bartender was friendly and good conversations as we sipped our Margaritas and Naked Dani. Worth it!

It doesn't get better than Colita...it's just gets different. Every bite of food from this kitchen we enjoyed and every face we spoke to at Colita was class. One of the finest dinners with friends I've ever had. #realminnesotalegends

Everything was delicious and fresh! We ordered the octopus (crazy good), fried green tomato salad, aguachile, and Kansas city pork ribs. The Churros with a side of vanilla gelato is THE best dessert in the city!!!

They recommend ordering a few plates to share, as all servings are on a smaller scale. Can definitely recommend the following (it was all delicious): tempura shrimp tacos, lamb barbacoa tacos, pork chilorio tacos, chicken liver memelita, seared scallops, roasted sweet potato (my personal favorite), and churros.

I sat at the bar and there was no reservation needed. I had the beef tartar, octopus al pastor, fried green tomato salad. Wonderful!

Food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely a cute restaurant! I ordered a horchata, and it was delicious. My group ordered eggplant tostadas, tuna tataki tostadas, shrimp tacos, and octopus pastor. My favorite was the octopus. Overall, it was a 4.5/5. We thought the eggplant was a little too charred and hard to eat, but otherwise everything else was good. We'd love to come back during spring or summer to enjoy the patio.

We loved eating at Colita! The price point is higher but you definitely pay for the beautiful ambience and presentation. The dishes are small so would recommend ordering a few of these family style and going for the drinks...wait until you see their unique take on a salt rim! ???? ????

Exciting, buzzing good fun! The drinks food which I only tried two appetizers fantastico Looking forward to going back for dinner OH! Bartenders are wonderful, knowledgeable, creative . My lychee martini wasn't on the menu BUT the amazing bartender took the challenge and it was DE-LISH! Thank you mr. Bartender with glasses
